Web Site Hosting


We are offering a new service for those bar/pub owners that would like to have their own web page. Some of the items you would want to include on your site would be:

  • Drink/Food Specials
  • Menus
  • Add a drink/food coupon on the web site to encourage people to visit
  • Calendar of Nightly Events
  • Number of boards/pool tables/TVs/etc.
  • Advertise dart/pool tournaments and then post the results (people love to see their name on the Internet).
  • Post pictures of your choice (outside, inside, staff, parties, etc.)
  • Choose your own web page address (ie. www.crowsdarts.com/yourbarname). If your name is already taken, we'll work with it until you're happy.
  • A map showing the location of your business (may not be possible if you're located out in the 'country')
  • An email link back to your email address so people can contact you personally (it won't do them any good to email me questions about your business). If you do not have an email address, there are plenty of services on the Internet that will provide you one for free.
Why do you need a web page?

  • People use the Internet to find places to go when they travel. They can find out everything they need to know about your business long before they even leave their home. It is much more effective and informative than a small add in the phone book (especially the one line listing most businesses have).
  • Advertisement on the web is more personalized than in other media. You are not limited to any specific formats or shoved into a small corner of a much larger page.
  • Patrons can visit the site 24 hours/day without having to buy a local paper/magazine.
  • You have complete control over the content on your site.
  • Advertise your web page on business cards/flyers.
  • List your web page address in newspaper/magazine adds, this will allow for smaller less expensive adds since most of the information can be posted on the web page as opposed to the add itself.
  • Post any job opportunities you may have open.
  • Compared to other forms of media, a Website is less expensive and once it is set up, it's easy to modify/maintain.
Currently we are offering three different packages but we are willing to work with you to customize a package around your needs.

Package 1: (ideal for sites that will rarely be changed)
  • $35 one time setup fee
  • 1 Page (2 if you decide to add a coupon)
  • A maximum of 1 update/month
  • Up to 2 pictures. I will scan(see note below) the first two for free, if you choose to change them in the future, it's $1/picture scanned.
  • A link at "http://www.dartbars.com"
  • Up to 10 links on your page to other sites of Interest to you (local leagues, sponsors, etc. - no adult sites)
  • $13/month or $130/year
Package 2:
  • $35 one time setup fee
  • 1 Page (2 if you decide to add a coupon)
  • A maximum of 1 update/week
  • Up to 4 pictures. I will scan(see note below) the first four for free, if you choose to change them in the future, it's $1/picture scanned.
  • A link at "http://www.dartbars.com"
  • Up to 15 links on your page to other sites of Interest to you (local leagues, sponsors, etc. - no adult sites)
  • $20/month or $200/year
  • We will submit your site to the following search engines: Yahoo, Altavista, HotBot and Excite.
Package 3:
  • $50 one time setup fee
  • Up to 2 pages, the 2nd could be used for pictures, menus, etc.
  • Updated when needed (within 24 hours if at all possible)
  • Up to 10 pictures. I will scan(see note below) in the first 10 for free, it you choose to change them in the future, it's $1/picture scanned.
  • A link at "http://www.dartbars.com"
  • Up to 25 links on your page to other sites of Interest to you (local leagues, sponsors, etc. - no adult sites)
  • $30/month or $300/year
  • I will submit your site to the following search engines: Yahoo, Altavista, HotBot and Excite.
Additional Pages:
  • Tournament/Party Flyers: If you scan the flyer and email it to me it's $5/page. If I scan the flyer, $7/page (if you don't need the flyer posted and a simple announcement on the main page would suffice, that could be done when I update your page and there would be no additional charge)
  • Party Pictures: 8 pictures/page, $10/page if you scan them and email them to me, $20/page if I scan them.
  • Other: Will work with you on a case-to-case basis.

NOTE: If you have access to a scanner, you will only need to get your pictures scanned and email them to me. There's obviously no scanning charge if I do not have to scan them, I will simply change out pictures when I am updating your site. Also, I will run a color compression program against your pictures (whether you email them or I scan them), this will ensure picture quality but will also allow them to load as quickly as possible.
